The Declaration
Healthcare technology must become worthy of healthcare itself.
Healthcare is among the most consequential human systems. Yet its digital infrastructure often remains fragmented, outdated, poorly interoperable, and misaligned with clinical reality.
AI now raises the stakes. If artificial intelligence is added to weak foundations, it may amplify fragmentation, opacity, dependency, and risk. If introduced through trusted, clinician-led, patient-centered infrastructure, it can help rebuild care around clarity, safety, and public trust.
